Nexis Business OS

Salon bookings with a clear next step for your team.

A salon enquiry is not always ready to become an appointment. A client may need advice about a treatment first; another already knows the service they want. Nexis Business OS gives you a public business page for discovery and contact, plus online booking connected to customer records and the internal schedule.

7-day free trial of the full Pro plan with 150 free AI tokens. After the trial, choose Starter at $49.99 USD/month (200 AI tokens a month) or Pro at $149.99 (750 AI tokens a month).

Is this the right workflow for you?

For salons offering individual, timed services. Test the exact staff and service combination you sell before sharing the booking link. This page does not establish support for group classes, chair allocation, treatment-room resources or multi-stage processing times.

How the workflow works

  1. 01Make each service understandable

Describe what the appointment includes, its price and duration. Distinguish a consultation from a treatment so a client does not reserve the wrong kind of visit. Put preparation instructions in clear language and offer a contact route for questions.

  2. 02Check the working day

Set opening hours and review staff availability. Make a test booking against a real service configuration and check the assigned staff member and time in the internal schedule. Do not assume another calendar is keeping this availability up to date.

  3. 03Share the right entry point

Use the Business Link in your social profile for clients who want to browse first. Use the booking link when a client already knows the service. Posting either link does not bring social messages into the team inbox.

  4. 04Review the booking and client record

Open the submitted appointment and its customer record. Give the team a clear next action for preparation or follow-up. After the visit, record the next step rather than relying on someone to remember a chat message.

Test the complete journey

See what your team receives after the customer acts.

Use a sample enquiry or appointment in your workspace. Check the customer record, internal schedule and next task. Verify external messages and CRM transfers in the connected service itself.

A proposed workflow change

An operational example to evaluate in your trial, not a customer case study or a promise of results.

Without a connected process

An enquiry sits in a personal chat; the appointment is copied into a separate diary; the next action depends on the person who answered.

With the Nexis Business OS workflow

A completed online booking appears in the internal schedule with a customer record. The team reviews the appointment and manages follow-up in the workspace. Connect WhatsApp once by QR code, and booking confirmations and reminders go out automatically.

Check before you launch

  • Run one consultation booking and one treatment booking before launch. Confirm the duration, price and assigned staff in each.
  • Agree how clients should request changes or cancellations, and publish that process. Do not promise self-service rescheduling without testing it.
  • If you take deposits, connect Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider and test one paid booking; otherwise explain payment at the salon.
  • WhatsApp connects to the team inbox by QR code: new customer messages arrive in Chats and you reply from your own number. Booking confirmations and reminders go out automatically on every plan; mailings and follow-up chains are on Pro.

Questions about this workflow

Can salon clients book from Instagram?

You can place your public business or booking link in your Instagram profile. Clients follow that link to browse or book. Instagram messages do not come into Nexis; clients who want to write can use WhatsApp.

Does Nexis Business OS manage salon chairs and treatment rooms?

Resource scheduling for chairs and rooms is not established by the current published offer. Test your requirements with the team before replacing a specialist salon system.

Can I collect a booking deposit?

Yes. Connect Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider in Integrations and ask for a deposit when the customer books; the money goes straight to your own account.
