Nexis Business OS

One business link for services, enquiries and bookings.

Give people arriving from a social profile, website or QR code a clear next step. Your public business page brings services, products, contact options and booking together without making the visitor search through separate links.

From the customer’s first step to your next task

  1. 01Publish the essentials

Add your business information, services and configured contact options. Keep descriptions and prices current.

  2. 02Share one destination

Put the business-page link in your Instagram or Facebook profile, on your website, or in a QR code you distribute. Sharing the link does not connect social messages to your inbox.

  3. 03Let visitors choose

A visitor can browse, contact the business or make a booking. With products configured, they add items to the cart and place an order with pickup or delivery, paying online if you connected a payment provider.

  4. 04Manage the actual request

A completed booking connects to the internal schedule and customer record. Simply opening the page does not create a customer record or a confirmed order.

Check these details before you launch

  • Open the page on a phone and check each contact link and booking step.
  • Place one test order and check that it arrives in your dashboard; if you take online payments, test the payment too.
  • Only publish customer testimonials with permission and an accurate attribution.
  • Connected messaging needs separate setup; Threads inbox messaging is not available.

Is this a shop with online checkout?

Yes. Your BioSite includes an online store in every plan: customers add products to the cart, choose pickup or delivery and place the order. Connect Stripe, PayPal, CloudPayments, YooKassa, Freedom Pay or a local payment method to take payment online; the money goes straight to your own account.
